Court warns Najib’s defence team no more delay questioning witnesses in 1MDB trial

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 11 — High Court Judge Datuk Collin Lawrence Sequerah has warned Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s defence team in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) case that the court would no longer allow reserved cross-examination of any witnesses as the trial had been pending for some time now.

1MDB audit report: Najib fails to remove Sri Ram from leading prosecution team

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 15 — Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today has failed in his attempt to remove former Federal Court judge Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram from leading the prosecution team in his on-going trial for alleged tampering of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) audit report.
